After another hour on the phone to Virgin Media, 5 different people 5 different departments…- engineer didn’t turn up again (second one to not show up) and they have no notification at all. At the end of my tether didn’t know whether to cry, laugh or scream! So just in case any one else needs this…
Complaints, Virgin Media, PO Box 333, Matrix Court, Swansea, SA7 9ZJ.
They supposedly acknowledge within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve all written complaints within 28 days of receipt.
Yeah right….

    Made us top provider for all telecoms in the UK.

  2. Start a complaint with the ombudsman. The compensation they got me from Vodafone eventually made it worthwhile
